How We'll Help You Scale
Towards $100k/Month
With Our Sales Ops Sprint

You have the offer, the brand, and the leads. What you don't have yet is the machine that converts them — without consuming every hour you and Patrick have.

Case Study — Real Estate Coaching Offer
From $20K to $340K/month in just over a year
  • Rebuilt the entire sales pipeline from scratch — CRM, scripts, tracking, follow-up cadences
  • Installed KPI tracking so the team could see exactly where leads were dropping out
  • Tightened scripts and qualification criteria so only serious buyers reached the closers
  • Added top-tier sales talent once the machine was proven — not before
  • Same offer throughout — the only change was the sales infrastructure underneath it
$20K/mo $340K/mo in 12 months

Before We Dive In

Why hiring a closer right now would be the wrong move

This isn't just about finding the right person. It's about building the right foundation first — otherwise, no one else will be able to succeed in it either.

The Problem
Great closers want $10K+/month in commission
If you're not yet at $100K/month in collected cash, you simply can't attract that caliber of person. You'll end up with someone inexperienced dropped into a broken system — and wonder why revenue still isn't moving.
The Trap
A broken system makes even good closers fail
Low show rates, unqualified leads, no KPI tracking, no scripts that convert — that environment will make even a talented closer leave fast. And you'll be back to square one, still with a broken foundation.
The Pattern
Founders try to solve a systems problem by throwing people at it
Every time someone leaves, they get replaced instead of fixing the underlying problem. The system stays broken, the ROAS stays low, and you stay stuck. This cycle can go on for years.
The Right Order
Fix the foundation first. Then add people. Then scale.
The founders doing $500K–$1M/month got there because they built the machine before they scaled it. They fixed the operation, got it running profitably, and then brought in the right people to amplify it.
What This Sprint Is About
This engagement is about fixing everything that's leaking revenue right now — so that by the end of it, Sarah and Patrick are spending less time on sales than they are today, more deals are closing, and the system is finally ready to scale. If you can't crush it first, no one else will either. Once the machine is working, that's when we talk about closers, scaling ad spend, and getting you to multi-six figures on education.
01 — The Diagnosis

Three things we need to fix.

You have an offer people want, a brand people trust, and more than enough leads to close deals. What you don't have is a system that's optimized to convert these leads into deals — and one that does this without consuming every hour Patrick and Sarah have.

Problem 01
No one is working the leads
There is zero outbound phone or DM follow-up happening. Leads apply, get a couple of emails, and if they don't respond they sit in Asana going cold. When someone falls off at any point in the process — didn't book after applying, no-showed, went quiet after a call — there's no one bringing them back. You're leaving revenue on the table from leads you've already paid for.
Zero dials being made on the entire pipeline
Problem 02
Patrick is spending high-value hours on cold, uncommitted leads
Patrick is creating custom landing pages and recording 15–20 minute personalised Loom audits for people who haven't committed to anything. When they ghost, those are hours gone with nothing in return. The audit model is worth re-evaluating — that level of attention should be reserved for leads who are already serious and pre-qualified, not used as a cold screening step.
Founder time being spent before qualification
Problem 03
Sarah is closing without the right support system
Sarah takes every sales call — on top of program delivery, lead comms, and operations — with no pre-call warm-up, no objection framework, and no filtering of who lands on her calendar. She knows she could close 7–10 a month if the conditions were right. The issue isn't Sarah — it's that the leads reaching her haven't been qualified or pre-framed by anyone.
~3–4 closes/month vs. 7–10 potential
The Result
What all of this creates right now
Revenue is inconsistent month-to-month — no reliable baseline to plan from or scale off
Leads are falling through the cracks at every stage, even when they showed real interest
Sarah and Patrick are exhausted by the sales process — understandably so — and want to hand it off
There's no clean, documented system to hand off to anyone yet — which makes bringing anyone in harder than it needs to be
02 — How This Looks For Muse

Patrick and Sarah should only ever touch warm, ready leads.

Right now, both of you are spending time on things a well-trained setter can handle — or that simply aren't happening at all. Here's what changes.

Right Now
After the Sprint
Lead applies → gets an email automation → no response → sits in Asana going cold.
Setter calls the lead within minutes, qualifies them, and starts warming them up before the lead goes cold.
When someone falls off — no-show, ghosted, no reply — no one follows up. They just disappear.
Setter runs a structured reactivation sequence on anyone who drops off. Every lead gets worked until they're in or out.
Patrick builds full custom Loom audits for anyone who shows interest, regardless of how qualified they are.
Patrick only does an audit when it's a critical tool to help close a deal — not as a cold evaluation step. His time is protected.
Sarah takes every sales call — cold, warm, or unqualified — with no pre-call brief or structure.
Sarah only speaks with people who have been vetted, are expecting the call, and pre-framed by the setter. Same hours — more calls, better calls, more revenue.
No CRM structure, no KPI tracking, no dashboard. No way to see where leads are dropping out.
Full CRM pipeline, live KPI dashboard, weekly reporting. You know exactly where the bottleneck is — every week.
The Goal
Patrick and Sarah spend less time on sales than they do today — and every minute they do spend is only with warm, qualified people the setter has already filtered. The target: get the accelerator to a $1M annual run rate. Once it's there, we either help you find a closer, or you step up to our done-for-you model.

03 — The Sales Ops Sprint

We don't advise. We build.

A hands-on six-week engagement where we come into your business and install the infrastructure, systems, and people to fix every one of those leaks — then stay in it until the results show up.

01
Audit & Strategy — Week 1
We map your entire sales operation from the moment a lead applies to the moment they pay. We pull baseline revenue data, identify every bottleneck, define routing and qualification rules, and agree on the CRM and tech plan. You walk away with a written diagnosis and a concrete sprint strategy.
Full funnel mapBaseline metricsQualification rulesCRM plan
02
Build & Implementation — Week 2
We rebuild your CRM pipelines and install a live KPI dashboard. We write your full script suite from first contact through to reactivation. We recruit, screen, and place a dedicated setter from our talent pool — trained on your offer and your standards before they make a single contact.

03
Execute, Optimise & Lock In — Weeks 3–6
The machine goes live and we stay shoulder to shoulder to make sure it performs. Weekly calls to review KPIs and fine-tune scripts from real recordings. Daily Slack to keep pace high and unblock anything fast. We don't build and disappear — the only thing that matters is that you walk away making more money from your current leads than before we showed up.

Before We Talk About Your Setter

Why this has to be a human — not an AI.

You might be wondering whether an AI agent could handle the setter role. Here's why that would actually work against you.

🧠
The Brand Contradiction
"Human connection is the only thing AI cannot replicate." — Muse Storytelling
That's literally on your homepage. Your entire brand is built on the belief that authentic human storytelling beats AI noise. Your leads are filmmakers, creators, and brand builders who have followed Patrick for up to 15 years because they believe in real human connection.

When the very first touchpoint they have with your sales process is an automated AI message, there's a disconnect. It contradicts the thing they came to you for in the first place.

A setter who genuinely understands the Muse brand and can reflect it on a call isn't just a sales tool — it's an extension of who you are. That's what builds trust at the moment it matters most.
"AI is great at volume — sequences, follow-ups, keeping the pipeline warm. That's not what we're replacing. What AI can't do is get someone on the phone who's been ghosting, understand why they haven't responded, and decide in real time whether this person is a fit. For a $10k offer where trust is everything, that moment matters a lot."
04 — Your Dedicated Setter

We don't just build the machine. We staff it.

This is the part that makes the whole sprint work — and it's something most agencies don't do.

Setter
Included
Recruitment services typically cost
$4,000+ for one hire

We have a bench of setters from South Africa — people with immaculate English as their first language, international sales experience, and willingness to work any time zone you need.

You choose who you want. We place them in your team. They become your employee — not ours. If you ever stop working with us, you keep the setter. You've permanently added a sales asset to your business — included in the sprint.

We match candidates to your offer and your audience. You'll get people who feel like a natural hire — not a random outsourced rep. Their entire job is to make sure Patrick and Sarah never speak to a lead who hasn't already been qualified, warmed, and booked.

Setter compensation
South Africa setter (what we place)
$1,100–$1,500
Per month base salary + ~$40/close commission. At 3 closes, the setter has effectively paid for themselves vs. a US hire. You could run 3–4 setters for the cost of one US-based hire.
US-based appointment setter (typical market)
5% of revenue
On a $10K offer, that's $500 per close in commission. The South Africa model gives you better economics, more scalability, and no long-term contractual obligation to lock you in.
Step 01
We source the candidates
We pull the best matches from our bench based on your offer type, audience, and outreach volume needed. You get a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates with mock call recordings to review.
Step 02
You choose who to bring on
You interview the candidates and pick the person you want. This is your hire — your culture, your standards. We facilitate the process and provide all hiring contract templates.
Step 03
We train them, fully
Emil trains the setter on your offer, scripts, CRM pipelines, daily workflow, and KPI reporting. By week six they're fully embedded — batteries included — so you can run them independently the moment the sprint ends.
Unlimited Replacements
If the setter we place doesn't meet agreed performance standards, we replace and retrain at no extra cost — as many times as needed during the engagement. We don't walk away until the right person is in seat and performing. If a setter doesn't work out for you long-term, we can help place them elsewhere — they're not left on their own.
05 — What You Walk Away With

Even if we never work together again, you win.

The sprint delivers permanent assets — not rent. Everything we build belongs to you from day one.

⚙️
A completely rebuilt sales system
CRM pipelines, KPI dashboard, full script suite, SOPs, routing rules — all documented in a Sales Machine Playbook your team can run independently forever.
🙋
A trained setter on your team
You own this person. They're on your payroll. If you stop working with us, they stay. You've permanently added a sales asset that keeps generating qualified conversations.
📈
More closes than before we started
That's literally the guarantee. The machine is fixed, the foundation is built, and you're converting more of your leads into revenue. That doesn't stop when the sprint ends.
🚀
A business ready to scale
Once you're at or approaching $100K/month, you're ready to bring in a full closer, scale ad spend, and step completely out of sales. This sprint builds the foundation that makes that possible.
06 — Investment

Structured around your result, not our effort.

The pricing is split into two parts. The upfront covers the build and setter recruitment. The success fee only triggers once you've collected an additional $30,000 above your baseline — the machine pays for itself before you pay the back end.

Everything that's included

Most agencies charge separately for each of these. You get all of it in one engagement.

What Happens After The Sprint

Ways we can keep building together

If things go well and you want to continue, here's what that can look like.

Path 01
Done. You run it.
You have the machine, the playbook, and the setter. You run everything independently. We part on good terms and you keep everything we built.
Path 02
Sales Ops Advisory Retainer
We stay on as your sales advisor — weekly or biweekly calls reviewing KPIs, scripts, and setter performance. You run the day-to-day; we keep it sharp.
Path 03
Done-For-You
Hit $100K+/month and want us to run the whole operation — closers, setters, KPIs, everything? That's our DFY model. This is where the real scale happens.
If you choose to roll into the Advisory Retainer before paying the success fee, the full $9,800 success fee credits toward the retainer. You write one additional check and keep building momentum without interruption.
